Ensalada con omegas

SECCIÓN COMIENDO SANO
 

Ensalada los omegas
por Licda. Beatriz Flores Blanco, nutricionista, Servicios Médicos BCR

 

Ingredientes:

1 lata de atún mediana
1 taza de garbanzos cocidos
2 cucharadas de almendras
10 nueces
Media cebolla morada pequeña

1 unidad de aguacate
1 tomate en cubitos
1 pepino en cubitos
Jugo de limón
Sal y pimienta al gusto 


Preparación: 

1.  Corte en cubitos la cebolla, el tomate, el pepino y el aguacate
2.  En un recipiente, coloque el atún, los garbanzos, las almendras y las nueces
3.  Una vez revuelto lo anterior agregue, la cebolla el tomate y el pepino
4.  Por último, incorpore el aguacate y el jugo de limón
5.  Salpimentar al gusto
6.  Rinde dos porciones
